Terms
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms cover this website and anything you buy on it. Purchases are sold by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, the merchant of record (the official seller), on behalf of 30 Days to Fix. Stripe's own buyer terms also apply to the payment. For anything about the show, your name or a refund, contact us: TODO: PO box, City, QC, Postal code, Canada, TODO: show phone number, 30daystofixcontact@gmail.com.
The show
30 Days to Fix is a fictional animated comedy. James, Sarah and everyone else in it are made up. Each day's fix is chosen by viewers in the comments on the platforms where the show is posted. Nothing sold on this site can change a vote or which fix wins.
Reunion Pass
- Price: $10, paid once. Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee if your card isn't in US dollars.
- You get, right after paying: your supporter card, a digital image (sized as a phone wallpaper) with your chosen name and your supporter number, to download and keep. It's for your personal use.
- Included as a bonus: the name you choose drawn on a name tag in the Day 30 episode, and a spot on the website leaderboard (or “Anonymous supporter” if you choose).
- Day 30 is planned for November 29, 2026. Names lock November 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern; names bought after that aren't included and can't be bought.
- The name must be yours (a first name, nickname or handle you use). We check every name by hand and may refuse any name that copies a real person or brand, is rude or hateful, or that we think breaks a platform's rules. If we refuse it, we refund you in full.
- Names are drawn in the show's cartoon style, at a size and place we choose. Some may be small or partly in the background.
- By buying, you let us show your chosen name in the Day 30 episode, its thumbnails and clips, any compilation of the series, and on this website.
Boosts and the leaderboard
- Boosts are optional card upgrades of $5, $10, $25. Your card moves to the Silver edition at $20 total and the Gold edition at $35, and you move up the leaderboard. You need a Reunion Pass to boost.
- The leaderboard ranks supporters by total paid, then by who joined first. Amounts are never shown.
- The three supporters at the top when names lock also get a superlative frame in the Day 30 yearbook. That's the only extra; there are no prizes.
- Refunded payments come off the leaderboard.
Business spots
Business spots are agreed one by one by email, with the scene approved and an invoice sent before any payment. Every spot is labelled as a paid partnership. See For businesses.
Payment, receipts and refunds
Stripe takes the payment and emails you a receipt as your copy of this agreement. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
If something goes wrong
If we can't deliver what you paid for, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid, except where the law doesn't allow that limit. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
